Eine CT des Thoraxbereiches bzw. der Lunge wird veranlasst, wenn es um den Ausschluss oder die Beurteilung von Tumoren, einer Lungenembolie oder um die Bildgebung entzündlicher und meist chronisch verlaufender Lungen- oder Bronchialerkrankungen geht.

Das wird bei mir gemacht :o sollte ich Tumore haben mache ich noch einmal Hausparty und lade euch ein

Hello everyone,

We've made sure this patch completes the journey for the current, and new players to be more fun and enjoyable. It's a new game like we promised. In this patch we are giving you so much freedom to enjoy Sailor Online. We are pleased to announce the following changes.

Changelogs:

1. Fixed most of the memory leaks in the client (WIP).

2. The client engine has been upgraded.

3. Improved the engine optimization

4. Improved the preformance of the client.

5. Enhanced the rendering of the engine.

6. Enhanced the thread preformances of the engine, it will use more GPU resources to give you a stunning graphic.

7. Added a check to the party kick, and ban. You can't kick the target player if they are in a dungeon. Doesn't matter if the party master in dungeon or out.

8. You can now spawn a fellow pet with a trader pet. But you're not allowed to ride on it, while having a trade pet spawned.

9. Added FPS feature on the top left side of the screen.

10. Improved the UI of the server list.

Note: There won't be any change for DG14 alchemy rates in future.

Note2: There won't be any Great Lucky Powder for DG14 in future.

Uff 3 Stunden in der Spielbank gewesen.. Es war ein auf und ab xD hab mir 3 mal Geld auszahlen lassen am Schalter.. Am Ende ging ich nur mit 55€ plus nach Hause

Aber hatte nen geilen Tag mit den Jungs. Der automat wollte richtig geben.. Dann ging ich am Ende zum roulette hab auf die 26 gesetzt plus letzte Drittel und die 26 kam schön nochnal 40~ gewonnen

Wow gleiche feature Änderung die MeGaMaX schon lange auf seinem pserver gemacht hat...

Ne später besuch dann mal gucken was wir machen

Aktuell geht es bis 130. Kp wie lange das dauert ich zocke auf nem pserver mit originalen isro files. Der Programmierer hat das dungeon selber gemacht

Das ist das neue Dungeon in Silkroad !

Commands:

All following commands must be sent on all chat in order for them to work.

1. ILOVE110: Will instantly get you to level 110.

2. ILOVECH: Will drop you Chinese accessories, set parts, weapon & shield.

3. ILOVEEU: Will drop you European accessories, set parts, weapon & shield.

You can exchange both set parts and weapons to Magic POP Guide Gori and choose the set/weapon you prefer to play with.

4. ILOVEBLUES: Will add blues & stats to all your equipped items.

Main Purpose:

The main purpose of this closed beta phase of Red Sea is to test the balance as this will be the very first 110 Cap server with the newest files available. This is also the reason why we let players in while the game is far from being 100% ready to launch.

Whenever there are new features/content added to the game and testing is required you will be notified on this channel.

During the CBT process you should expect lots of downtimes and updates to take place.

The server is hosted at America for now so if you're living far you could have slight delays.

Cool features to test:

1. Dungeon of Blaze Tower.

You can purchase the entrance ticket from Alexandria North Grocery Trader Kapra at Goods tab.

2. New sight range increment option.

With proper optimizations made you now have the ability to increase your sight range radius. This feature really brings a whole new experience to the game. You can adjust it at Option->Video->Background Sight Range & Character Sight Range.

Next phase:

We are preparing the main game system which this time will include all activities like jobbing, battle arena, survival arenas, unique hunting, forgotten world, dungeons. Once we are satisfied with balance we will move to next phase where you will test all features mentioned above and the new mechanisms added to them.

Aufm röntgen sah es aus wie eine Emphysemblase... Daher Dienstag ins CT

Soo bin nun zu hause.. Blut ist im Labor, dienstag ins Krankenhaus muss ein CT vom Thorax gemacht werden

Das mit dem Gesicht ist mir auch aufgefallen xd laufe seit halb 10 von Arzt zu Arzt.. Meinen Mandelentzündung ist noch nicht so richtig weg.. Seit 1 Woche Kämpfe ich mit meinem Körper auf arbeit aber heut Nacht dachte ich, ich sterbe. Da ich idiot ja krank arbeiten gehe und es nie einsehe zu Hause bleiben bin ich heute enslidh mal zum Arzt gegangen! Der doc ist ja mein bro und er geht nun von einem Pfeiffersches Drüsen Fieber aus. Eben war ich beim röntgen nun wieder beim Hausarzt mal gucken. Jetzt erstmal 14 Tage krank machen und in Ruhe gesund werden!
